Holiday Hours: To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday seasons please place your orders at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

We will be closed on the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Please call us for our holiday hours between December 24-31.

A base price delivery fee of $14.95 will be added to each local order, for each address. The price will vary dependent upon the zip code to the delivery location.

U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. We strive to deliver all of our floral deliveries in a timely fashion, but we do sort our deliveries dependent upon location.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sunday. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders via email. We will contact you directly once we've received your email. Please click on International Orders to start your order.

Palace Gourmet Gift Items Only
All effort is made to ship orders received within 24 hours of their receipt. On orders received prior to 11:00 am EST, Monday thru Friday, Palace Florists will make every effort to ship the same day. During peak times, such as holidays, or for customized or multiple basket orders, more time may be required. Orders are hand delivered or shipped via UPS ground in the Washington, DC area. Orders going to other locations in the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Please note: UPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. If you need faster delivery, other options are available at additional cost. Please call for these rates.

Saturday shipping is available on most cases at an additional cost. Please consult with Palace Florists to see if this option is available and to check additional charges.

Shipping Charges, Delivery Charges, & Sales Tax

Prices listed on our website include our normal delivery charge however shipping/delivery charges or sales tax may vary depending on the gift selected and the location.

• Sales tax will be not be added to all gifts being delivered/shipped to Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia however, sales tax will be added outside of our local delivery area.
• Our baskets are hand delivered in the Washington, DC area or shipped via UPS Ground in the continental United States.
• Faster shipping options are available - but cost additional. Consult with Palace Florists for additional charges.
• For your convenience, we can also provide third party billing, using your UPS or FedEx Account number. If you decide to use this option, there will be a $5 boxing fee charge per gift basket.
