Lee Herman, Michelle Galindo and the entire staff of Palace Florists were amazing. They took the time and effort to understand my daughter’s vision, showing photos, describing possibilities. There were many moving parts to be considered for my daughter’s wedding as it was a 3-day event on our farm in rural Virginia. Despite the challenges, Michelle hung in there with calm and expertise every step of the way. Creating all of the spectacular floral arrangements on site, they arrived early each morning and stayed late to ensure that they were prepared for the new arrangements for the next day. Michelle and her crew cut all the flowers for the lunches, brunches and the rehearsal dinner from my garden giving the wedding vibrancy and making my daughter so proud of her home.
My daughter and her husband built the wedding canopy themselves a few months in advance, giving me time to grow vines of jasmine up the corners. Palace turned it into a stunning vision that incorporated flowers with my great-grandmother’s antique lace wedding veil– a complex and delicate engineering feat. For seating at the wedding, hay bales were covered with elegant draped sheeting with bouquets at each row. As we wanted small, understated table arrangements, the Palace pros provided drama and elegance by suspending four foot tall orchid arrangements, lanterns, string lights and tea lights from the clear tent.

Of all the aspects of this long and complex wedding (most of the guests having had to travel from Australia!), the flowers were not only perfect but smoothest and most stress-free.

Palace Florists created the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and table centerpieces for our wedding day in October 2014. To say we were thrilled with the end result would be an understatement. The flowers were absolutely STUNNING. Vibrant, fresh, and colorful, especially our bouquets.
The best part about working with Palace Florists was the advice and guidance Michelle Galindo provided. We walked into our January meeting with little more than a color scheme in mind, and Michelle did the rest. She introduced us to several types of flowers that I’d never even heard of before. We were definitely those “don’t know what we want until we see it” type of people, but the whole process was really quick and painless thanks to Michelle’s expertise. Many of her suggestions actually inspired the rest of our décor and accessories, from the bridesmaid dresses to our invitations.

I loved my wedding bouquet! I even plan to have Palace remake it in silk so I can have something that will last. Palace asked me about the color of the bridesmaid dresses, which were a pink/orange iridescent color and hard to match, but they found the perfect ribbon for the bouquets to match. They were friendly, easy to work with and the prices were good too.

I found Palace Florists at a bridal convention and I am so glad I did. Their prices were very reasonable and the flowers were beautiful. They were so nice and accommodating with my schedule. They delivered my flowers to me on time and they looked great. I was very, very pleased. Before I found Palace Florists I had shopped around and everywhere else had higher prices and their flowers did not last as long. If you are getting married and need beautiful, long lasting flowers definitely go to Palace Florists. My bouquet lasted for weeks after my wedding!

I used Palace Florists for my recent wedding. I approached Palace rather late in the game after the flower farm I had been working with pulled out. Even though my wedding was small and my total floral bill was less than what most people pay for a bouquet, they were extremely professional and were able to give me several options within my price range. Everyone loved my bouquet, and I thought it fit what I had envisioned. I would recommend then highly.
