We are using “no contact” delivery procedures. We are also now offering curbside pick-up. You may place your order online or give us a call. Our curbside delivery is also no contact. All gifts will be left at the recipient’s front door. In addition, they will receive a phone call to alert them of their gift.
We may be limited in flower selection but currently have all your favorites! We may need to make some substitutions as we are sporadically experiencing delays in receiving shipments at this time. Your recipient will always receive a beautiful arrangement of the same or greater value.

Holiday Hours: To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday seasons please place your orders at least 3 days prior to the following major holidays: Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
We will be closed on the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Please call for holiday hours between Christmas and New Year’s and the day after Thanksgiving.

Delivery Policy
A delivery fee between $10-$25 will be added to each local order, for each address. The delivery fee may vary dependent upon the zip code of the delivery location. An additional handling charge of $10.00 per package will be added for multiple packages to the same address.
Local Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia flower delivery orders can now be placed up to 1:00 pm EST. The above cut-off time is for LOCAL DC, MD AND VA FLOWER DELIVERIES ONLY. All other out of state and U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. An additional fee to be discussed at time of purchase will be added for all specifically timed flower delivery orders. We strive to deliver all of our floral deliveries in a timely fashion based on normal business hours. We do sort our local Washington DC flower deliveries based upon location and while everyone would like to receive their flower delivery early, know that the special sentiment you are sending is on its way, again in a timely fashion. Remember that the message you are sending along with your flower delivery lasts not only all day but all week, month and year long!
We are ABLE to make flower deliveries on Sunday. Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia flower deliveries requested on this day must be prearranged with our delivery staff. Please call for pricing and to schedule your Sunday flower delivery. Sunday flower delivery is limited to our local delivery area only.
We will be happy to accept your international flower orders via email or fax. We will contact you directly once we’ve received your email.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
